The African Trainers Network supported this project to evaluate and develop its curriculum in strategic planning, community mobilization, and advocacy campaigning in different African countries.

Waey developed training materials on fighting corruption as part of the Transparency Project led by Sudan Democracy First Group, conducting multiple workshops for various groups through this partnership.

Waey worked to establish a network of trainers interested in building youth and women's capacities to help them take initiative in facing their daily life challenges and driving change. The network brought together a group of young people from diverse backgrounds.

Designed a curriculum for union work basics, training workers in various professional sectors to support democratic transition.

Developed a methodology for community-led audits and anti-corruption monitoring among service committees in Khartoum.

Partnered with the Sudanese Teachers Committee to train educators nationwide on union basics and organizational rights.

A pilot project to cultivate future female leaders by integrating civic education and leadership training into high schools.

Implementing the SNAP curriculum (Strategic Nonviolent Action & Peacebuilding) to empower communities in local conflict analysis.

Designed to foster trust and dialogue among Sudanese youth from diverse backgrounds following the December Revolution.

Expanding the pilot audit project to cover Khartoum, Al Jazirah, and West Darfur states for enhanced public accountability.

Providing a model for developmental media focused on peace through the production of radio programs and educational podcasts.

Expanding the civic education program to boys' high schools in El Obeid to promote equality and co-leadership cultures.

Rapid response to the April 15th war by providing medical and nutritional aid to IDPs in Sudan and refugees in Chad.

Mobilizing 150 institutions and individuals to fight intolerance through weekly monitoring and digital awareness campaigns.
